Lorries With Trailers – Up to 44 tonnes
There is increasing demand for LGV drivers, particularly due to increased online shopping, with the earning potential up to 50K. LGV C+E is also known as HGV class 1. It will allow you to drive any rigid vehicle with a trailer over 750kg (up to combined weight of 44 tonnes). It also allows you to drive articulated Lorries or trucks with a drawbar trailer. You will automatically be entitled to get category C1+E and category B+E as well as category D+E once you passed your LGV C+E test.
In order to obtain, you have to take these few steps:
You have already took the first step by coming to us, At Big On Driver Training we will help you at every step. In order to obtain category C+E if you already have LGV category C. You do not need any theory test, but you need provisional category C+E.
You can progress quickly from C to C+E by needing only a few hours training .
What you need to do:-
The minimum age for this licence is 18 years old and if you already hold a full category C (LGV / HGV Rigid) licence.
In order to undertake the training you must first go through the following stages:
- Undertake the practical driver training. Train to the DSA test standard at Big On Driver Training and take the test at Big On Driver Training’s site.
